Q What is the difference between ST56L and ST56EL? And is it possible to purchase only KIT separately?Tower Lamp: A
The difference between "L" type and "EL" type is the size (height) of KIT and current. The size and current for LED KIT for "EL" type is a half of "L" type. You can purchase only KIT as the purpose of A/S and it will not supplied as other purpose. Please contact the distributor or Qlight for purchasing.

Q Standard Pole length for Tower Lights is designated. Is it possible to extend or reduce the length of pole according to the condition of installation?Tower Lamp: A
If you don't designate the length of pole separately when ordering of Tower Light, basically it shall be produced as the length of 200mm. If you designate the pole length you want, it shall be produced as that length, and if the length is over 500mm, there will be extra cost. And Qlight has the special specification of Sliding Pole that pole length adjustable according to installation condition. This pole length adjustable type is very good for the equipment supplied to each site installation height different.

Q Do you have any products linked with PC and using it without additional power supply?Tower Lamp: A
1. USB type tower lights: As the system communication with PC available according to USB communication protocol, it is controlled by connected with USB port of PC according to application program on the PC. 2. EtherNet type tower lights: EtherNet communication Tower Light controlled by connecting with internet and LAN network. EtherNet is the communication system to send and take the data everywhere in the whole world LAN network constructed. Q What kinds of mounting bracket for tower lights do you have?Tower Lamp: A
The kinds of mounting bracket for Tower Light are as followings. If you designated specific mounting bracket when ordering, it will be enclosed on the product box. And if there is no designation separately, standard type will be supplied. 1. SCREW & NUT : it is basic (standard) product mounted on Pole. There are screw on the end of pole and nut for mounting. 2. LB□□ : "L" shape bracket installed on the standard pole product. And it will be used for mounting on the vertical surface such as wall. 3. SZ□□ : It is a round bracket used for mounting on the horizontal surface. 4. LW□□ : Gentrified products of vertical bracket. It will be used for mounting on the vertical surface, and wire can be out to wall surface and the bottom of pole. 5.
